PanCORE Systems is looking for a freelance Business Development Executive based in Surat to help us expand PanCORE Lite through targeted B2B outreach.
PanCORE Lite is an online Business Execution Diagnosis platform that helps founders and business leaders get a structured snapshot of their organization's execution maturity and identify areas for improvement.
What you'll do
• Identify relevant SME/business prospects
• Connect with Founders, MDs, CEOs & Business Heads
• Conduct targeted outbound calls
• Introduce PanCORE Lite and share the assessment link
• Follow up with interested prospects
• Track the complete lead-to-assessment funnel
Who we're looking for
• Must be based in Surat
• 1–3 years in B2B sales / inside sales / business development preferred




• Good communication skills in English & Hindi; Gujarati preferred
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and senior professionals
• Valuable prospect research and follow-up discipline
• Comfortable working remotely and maintaining CRM/lead records
This is a performance-oriented freelance role, not a conventional telecalling position.

The initial engagement will be a 90-day pilot.
