Role Description The Insurance Sales Representative is a full-time, in office role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role involves identifying prospective customers, explaining insurance products and preventive health solutions, and recommending appropriate plans that align with customer needs.



The representative will manage end-to-end sales cycles, including lead follow-up, policy explanation, premium calculation, and closing sales in compliance with regulatory requirements. Daily responsibilities include providing responsive customer service, handling inquiries and renewals, coordinating with internal teams and brokerage partners, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and policies. The role also requires meeting sales targets, participating in outreach activities, and contributing feedback to improve insurance offerings and customer experience.
Qualifications
