About the Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Landscape Architect with 2–4 years of professional experience in hospitality and/or real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing landscape concepts that enhance the aesthetic, functional, and environmental value of our developments.

Key Rsponsibilities
Develop cutting-edge landscape design concepts for hospitality, resort, residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
Prepare landscape master plans, concept designs, detailed drawings, planting plans, and construction documentation.
Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, and project teams to ensure seamless integration of landscape elements.
Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and landscape assessments.
Select appropriate plant species, hardscape materials, irrigation systems, and outdoor furnishings based on project requirements.




Review and monitor landscape execution at project sites to ensure compliance with design intent and quality standards.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants during project execution.
Prepare presentations, design reports, mood boards, and client-facing documentation.
Stay updated on industry trends, sustainable landscaping practices, and innovative landscape solutions.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture.
2–4 years of relevant experience in hospitality, resort, residential, commercial, or real estate projects.
Strong knowledge of landscape design principles, planting design, grading, irrigation, and hardscape detailing.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion, Revit, or other relevant design software.
Strong visualization, presentation, and communication skills.
