Understands typography, hierarchy & composition
Has strong Photoshop / Illustrator skills
Knows that “make the logo bigger” isn't a design strategy ?
Can work with different brand guidelines
Has a strong understanding of social-first design
Can explore multiple visual directions
Notices the tiny details
Takes feedback without taking it personally
Wants to learn FAST
⚡ Bonus points if you
Experiment with AI creative tools
Understand basic motion / video
Follow global design trends
Have way too many Pinterest / Behance saves
Can explain why a design works, not just say “it looks nice”
Experience: 1–2 Years
Salary Package: ₹3–3.5 LPA
