Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven, and customer-oriented Junior Counselor to join our growing team in Pune. In this role, you will manage the complete student lifecycle—right from initial counseling and profile mapping to university applications and visa filing.
This is an on-site role based out of our Pune office. We are looking for candidates who excel in face-to-face interactions,



possess up-to-date knowledge of global education systems, and can provide meticulous documentation and visa support.

Key Responsibilities
· Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with prospective students and parents walk-ins, inbound queries, and leads at the Pune office.
· Understand academic backgrounds, career aspirations, and financial constraints to recommend suitable study-abroad destinations (e.g., UK, USA, Germany, Canada, Australia, Ireland, etc.).
· Educate students on standardized testing requirements (IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, PTE).
· Shortlist appropriate courses, universities, and colleges matching the student’s profile.
· Guide students through application requirements, deadlines, and entrance criteria.
· Review and edit application essays, Statements of Purpose (SOPs), Letters of Recommendation (LORs), and resume drafts.
