Role Description The Senior Implementation Consultant is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru,



responsible for leading end-to-end implementation of Compport’s compensation solutions for enterprise clients. This role includes gathering and analyzing client requirements, translating them into solution designs, configuring the platform, and overseeing project implementation timelines and milestones. The consultant works closely with client stakeholders to run workshops, validate functionality, manage user acceptance testing, and ensure smooth go-live and post-implementation support. Day-to-day responsibilities involve coordinating cross-functional teams, preparing documentation, conducting training sessions for HR and business users, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance solution adoption and value. The role also requires building strong consulting relationships, providing insights on compensation best practices, and contributing to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies.
