About the Role
We’re looking for an Organic Growth Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of Kaarwan’s organic growth engine. You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, building growth strategies, and converting organic traffic, content, communities, and referrals into measurable business growth.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys experimenting, analysing data, understanding user behaviour, and finding unconventional ways to drive sustainable growth without relying heavily on paid acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Build and execute organic growth strategies across SEO, content, social, community, referral, and owned channels.
Own SEO strategy, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, content opportunities,



and organic traffic growth.
Identify high-potential content and acquisition opportunities and work with the content/design teams to execute them.
Improve website and landing-page performance through CRO, A/B testing, and user behaviour analysis.
Develop strategies to increase organic leads, registrations, conversions, engagement, and retention.
Build and strengthen referral and community-led growth loops.
Track key growth metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, Mixpanel, or similar tools.
Continuously experiment with new organic channels, formats, and growth opportunities.
Analyse competitors, market trends, and user behaviour to identify untapped growth opportunities.
Work closely with Content, Product, Design, and Business teams to turn growth opportunities into execution.
Create explicit growth reports and insights to measure what is working and what needs improvement.
