University Relations and Campus Recruitment Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic University Relations and Campus Recruitment Manager to lead our campus recruitment initiatives and foster robust relationships with universities across India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition, university partnership management, and employer branding. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage effectively with students and academic stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

University Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with university career services teams, faculty members, placement officers, and student organizations.
Develop strategic partnerships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 institutions across India.
Coordinate Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) and partnership agreements with target universities.
Act as the primary point of contact for university stakeholders.
Campus Recruitment & Talent Pipeline:




Design and execute annual campus recruitment strategies.
Manage internship, graduate, and early-career hiring programs.
Coordinate campus hiring events, career fairs, information sessions, and networking forums.
Build talent pipelines for technology, data, AI, engineering, and business functions.
Partner with hiring managers to identify future talent needs and workforce requirements.
Employer Branding:
Promote the organization's value proposition to students and academic communities.
Organize technology talks, leadership sessions, innovation showcases, and career workshops.
Develop campus ambassador and student advocacy programs.
Collaborate with Marketing and Communications teams to enhance brand awareness.
Support social media and digital engagement campaigns targeted at student populations.
Student Engagement Programs:
Organize hackathons, case competitions, innovation challenges, and research projects.
