Role Description This is a full-time, on-site International Freight Forwarding Exim Sales role based in Delhi, India. The role involves identifying and developing new export and import business opportunities, particularly for freight movements to and from the USA, Canada, Europe, and other key trade lanes. Day-to-day activities include managing client relationships, preparing and presenting competitive freight quotations, coordinating with operations and documentation teams, and ensuring timely follow-up on leads and inquiries.



The role also involves monitoring market trends, maintaining an updated sales pipeline, resolving customer issues promptly, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Forwarding and Freight Forwarding for international logistics operations.
Candidates should possess skills in Export and Freight Transportation for managing exim cargo movements.
Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills for client communication and relationship management.
Relevant experience in international freight forwarding, NVOCC, or logistics sales.
Good knowledge of exim procedures, incoterms, and international trade practices.
Robust negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work with targets, manage multiple accounts, and prioritize tasks effectively.
