Role Description The Sales Manager at Athrise is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This position is responsible for leading sales initiatives, managing a sales team, and driving revenue growth across key markets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building relationships with partners and clients, conducting sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. The Sales Manager will track performance metrics, forecast sales,



and collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies. The role also includes mentoring team members, ensuring consistent pipeline management, and maintaining high standards of customer experience aligned with Athrise’s mission.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales management, including team leadership, target setting, and performance coaching.
Strong business development and account management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Competence in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and use of CRM tools to track and report on sales activities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
Analytical mindset with skills in interpreting sales data, market trends, and competitor insights to inform strategy.
