About the Role
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Project Manager (Electrical Substation Construction) to take charge of our ongoing and upcoming substation and transmission line projects. The role requires a strong technical background, leadership abilities, and proven experience in executing large-scale power infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities




Oversee the end-to-end execution of electrical substation and transmission line construction projects
Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities to ensure on-time completion within defined budget and quality standards.
Lead and manage project teams including engineers, contractors, and site staff.
Review technical designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Coordinate with procurement, vendors, and consultants for timely availability of materials and services.
Maintain close interaction with clients, consultants, and government authorities for approvals, inspections, and reporting.
Ensure strict adherence to safety, statutory, and regulatory norms at the project site.
Track project milestones, prepare progress reports, and present updates to senior management.
Manage risks, resolve site-level issues, and take corrective measures to ensure project continuity.
