About Position:

We are seeking a Full Stack Lead / Architect with 10 to 15 years of experience to lead the design, architecture, and development of enterprise-scale web applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and contemporary frontend technologies, with proven experience in building scalable, high-performance applications. This role requires technical leadership, hands-on development, solution architecture, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver robust digital solutions.

What You'll Do:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.
Architect scalable, resilient, and cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services and modern application design patterns.
Drive full-stack development initiatives across backend services, APIs, web applications, and cloud platforms.




Design and develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Define application architecture standards, coding guidelines, and engineering best practices.
Build and optimize RESTful APIs and distributed systems for high-volume applications.
Design and implement secure, scalable, and highly available cloud architectures on AWS.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Lead technical design reviews, code reviews, and architecture governance activities.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to development teams.
Drive database architecture, performance optimization, and data management strategies.
Support DevOps adoption, CI/CD implementation, automation, and cloud transformation initiatives.
Ensure application security, reliability, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Participate in Agile planning, estimation, sprint
