Experience
7–8 years of relevant experience in Real Estate Sales, preferably with exposure to residential and commercial projects.
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented, and experienced AGM – Sales to support and drive the company's real estate sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing and motivating the sales team, developing channel-partner relationships, improving lead conversion, and contributing to overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to ensure consistent achievement of targets.
Allocate targets to sales executives and monitor individual and team performance.
Drive direct sales as well as channel sales for the company's real estate projects.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with channel partners, property consultants, brokers, investors, and key customers.
Identify new business opportunities and support expansion of the company's sales network.




Monitor the complete sales funnel, including lead generation, follow-ups, site visits, negotiations, bookings, and closures.
Ensure timely follow-up and effective conversion of leads.
Work closely with the Marketing Team to improve lead quality and support lead-generation campaigns.
Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and target assessments.
Prepare and submit sales MIS, forecasts, and performance reports to senior management.
Analyse market trends, competitor activities, pricing, customer preferences, and demand patterns.
Support strategies for new project launches, inventory movement, and sales acceleration.
Assist in negotiations with high-value customers and channel partners.
Ensure compliance with approved pricing, discount structures, payment terms, and company policies.
Coordinate with CRM, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure smooth booking and customer handover.
