Experience

Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, energetic, and digitally savvy Social Media Executive with a solid understanding of the real estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, shooting and editing reels/videos, managing social media platforms, and building the company's digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the company's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Create engaging and innovative Reels, short-form videos, posts, stories, carousels, and promotional content for real estate projects.
Plan and execute a regular social media content calendar.
Shoot videos and reels at project sites, offices, events, property launches, and customer activities.
Create property walkthrough videos, project highlights, location videos, promotional reels, and customer/testimonial videos.




Edit videos professionally for social media using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
Add captions, subtitles, transitions, music, graphics, voiceovers, and other elements to make content engaging.
Create attractive social media creatives using Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
Write engaging captions, headlines, hooks, and appropriate hashtags for posts and reels.
Keep up with social media trends, viral formats, trending audio, hashtags, and real estate content trends.
Develop creative content ideas to increase reach, engagement, followers, leads, and brand visibility.
Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing Teams to understand project USPs, offers, inventory, pricing, and campaign requirements.
Highlight key project features such as location, amenities, connectivity, specifications, lifestyle, and investment potential through digital content.
