Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end solution design for ServiceNow-based business processes and workflow automation.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and architectural designs.
Lead defect triage, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex production and UAT issues.
Manage application enhancements, release planning, deployment readiness, and production cutovers.
Partner with business architects, process owners, and development teams to prioritize work and remove delivery blockers.
Drive UAT, FOT, pilot, and production validation activities to ensure successful adoption.
Establish governance around workflow design, data integrity, integrations, and platform standards.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, business operations, manufacturing, sales, and external partners.
