Company Description Ultra Ship TMS is a Saa S-based logistics technology company founded in 2022 to simplify and optimize supply chain operations. The organization is building a single, integrated interface for Freight Brokerages and 3 PLs to streamline logistics workflows. We are now building our sales organization and are looking for our first dedicated SDR to help create the outbound pipeline that will fuel our next stage of growth. This is an opportunity to join early, build the process with us, and have a direct impact on revenue. Position: Full time -- Remote Role Description As an Sales Development Representative, You will own the top of the sales funnel. Your primary responsibility is easy: Find the right freight brokerages → start conversations → qualify interest → create qualified meetings for our Account Executive. You'll: Research freight brokerages and non-asset 3 PLs that fit our ICPExecute outbound prospecting through Linked In, email, and phone Qualify prospects based on company size, operational complexity, current TMS, pain points,



and buying intent Book qualified discovery meetings for the AEFollow up consistently with prospects across multiple channels Work closely with the AE and marketing team to improve conversion What we are Looking For We're looking for someone who is hungry, coachable, persistent, organized, and comfortable with outbound sales. Ideal candidates will have:1–3 years of SDR/BDR, inside sales, freight brokerage sales, logistics sales, or Saa S sales experience Comfort making cold calls Experience with Linked In prospecting and email outreach A genuine interest in technology and logistics Strong Preference: Experience working at a freight brokerage or 3 PLExperience selling TMS, logistics software, transportation technology, or Saa SExisting familiarity with companies such as DAT, Truckstop, 123 Loadboard, Highway, RMIS, or similar freight technology What Success Looks Like: You'll be measured by the quality of pipeline you cr
