Key Responsibilities

1. Employee Onboarding

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees.
• Coordinate with candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of joining formalities and documentation.
• Verify employee information and ensure all required documents are complete and accurate.
• Update employee details in the HRMS and maintain accurate employee records.

2. Employee Mapping & Employee Master Data

• Ensure employees are mapped correctly to the respective stores, departments, locations and reporting managers.
• Regularly review and update store mapping based on transfers, current joiners, exits and organizational changes.
• Maintain accurate employee master data in the HRMS.
• Identify discrepancies in employee/store mapping and coordinate with stakeholders for timely resolution.

3. Appointment Letters & HR Documentation

• Verify the issuance of appointment letters and other employee-related documents.




• Ensure appointment letters are accurate with respect to designation, department, location, compensation, joining date and reporting details.
• Maintain proper records of HR documentation.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for corrections or approvals wherever required.

4. Stakeholder Management / Employee Query Management

• Act as a point of contact for employees, HRBPs, Store Managers, Business Teams, Payroll and other internal stakeholders for HR Operations-related matters.
• Follow up proactively with stakeholders to ensure timely closure of pending activities.
• Handle employee queries related to salary, attendance, leave, onboarding, HRMS, documentation, exit and F&F.;

5. Payroll Support

• Support monthly payroll activities by validating employee data and payroll inputs.
• Check attendance, LOP, leave, deductions, and other salary-related inputs.
