Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced DGM – Factory Operations & Repair/Refurbishment to lead end-to-end factory, repair and refurbishment operations. The candidate will be responsible for operational performance, productivity, quality, TAT, cost optimization, inventory, compliance and team management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead overall factory, production, repair and refurbishment operations.
Manage the complete R&R; lifecycle from product receipt, diagnosis and repair to testing, grading and dispatch.
Drive productivity, OEE/capacity utilization, quality, OTD and TAT targets.
Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, RCA, CAPA and continuous improvement initiatives.
Optimize manpower, resources, material consumption and operational costs.
Monitor repair quality, refurbishment yield, rework and product failure trends.
Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics,



Planning and Supply Chain teams.
Manage inventory, spare parts and consumables to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Prepare operational MIS, budgets, forecasts and performance reviews.
Drive cost control, profitability and asset recovery/monetization initiatives.
Lead cross-functional teams across Production, Quality, Engineering, Warehouse and Repair Operations.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, statutory requirements, audits and internal controls.
Drive process standardization, automation and operational excellence.
Candidate Profile
15+ years of relevant experience in Factory Operations, Repair & Refurbishment, Service Centre Operations, Reverse Logistics, Manufacturing or related operations.
Proven experience in factory/service-centre leadership and large-scale repair/refurbishment operations.
Exposure to P&L;, budgeting, cost optimization and business performance management.
Robust knowledge of production
