Job DescriptionBusiness Development Intern
This is not a desk-bound lead-generation role.
You’ll work closely with our Growth team and founders to identify opportunities, start conversations, build relationships and move prospects towards real business outcomes.
You’ll work across:
Schools & education leaders
Educators & teachers
Families
Strategic partners
What You’ll Do
Research and identify potential schools, partners and opportunities
Start conversations through calls, messages, email and networking
Qualify prospects and understand their needs
Follow up consistently and move opportunities forward




Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records
Support meetings, events and partnership conversations
Learn how sales, partnerships and business development work in a growing company
Qualifications
You don’t need years of sales experience. You need the right instincts.
We’re looking for someone who:
Is naturally curious about people and business
Is comfortable starting conversations with strangers
Can communicate clearly and confidently
Can persuade without being pushy
Is persistent and follows up
Takes initiative rather than waiting for instructions
Is comfortable picking up the phone
Has strong organisational and follow-through skills
Experience in sales, business development, education, events or startups is a plus—but not mandatory.
