Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Senior Business Development Associate (Inside Sales) who is passionate about consultative selling and customer success. Experience in Inside Sales, EdTech, SaaS, or B2C sales and a proven track record of consistently achieving revenue targets.
This role requires strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, customer-centric thinking, and the ability to drive conversions while mentoring junior sales associates.

Key Responsibilities




Own the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to successful enrolment and revenue closure.
Engage with prospective learners through inbound and outbound channels to understand their career aspirations and recommend suitable SkilloVilla programs.
Conduct detailed counselling sessions, product demonstrations, and consultative sales conversations.
Build solid relationships with prospective customers and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Achieve and consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Handle high-value leads and maximize conversion through effective objection handling and negotiation.
Maintain accurate customer interactions, follow-ups, and pipeline updates in the CRM.
Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Student Success teams to improve customer experience.
Track sales metrics, analyze funnel performance, and identify opportunities to improve conversions.
