Role Description We are looking for a dedicated Video Production and Editor to lead professional shoots and createengaging video content for both internal branding and client mandates. This role requires robust on-ground execution skills along with the ability to deliver impactful edits tailored for digital platforms. This role is suited for someone who can balance technical precision with creative judgment and consistently elevate visual content quality. Job Responsibilities1. Execute professional shoots across categories:- Brand Content:



Professional studio podcasts, leadership interviews, thought leadership videos, culture content,employer branding films- Client & Commercial Shoots: Testimonials, case studies, corporate profile videos, product shoots, campaigncreatives, ad films- Event Coverage: Corporate events, brand activations, conferences, internal milestones- Digital-First Content: Reels, short-form videos, performance marketing creatives2. Independently manage camera, lighting, and audio setups3. Edit reels and short-form content with strong pacing and clean cuts4. Create highlight edits from long-form content5. Ensure platform-ready delivery aligned with brand guidelines Required Skills & Expertise1. 3-7 years of hands-on videography experience2. Strong technical command of lighting, framing, and sound3. Proficient in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools4. Experience across agency or corporate environme
