Role Description The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for PossibiliTea Media & Marketing. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and networking, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and pitches, and negotiating contracts with prospective and existing clients.



The role involves closely collaborating with internal teams to align client needs with advertising, media, and marketing solutions, while tracking pipeline activity and reporting on performance. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring regular in-person engagement with clients and team members.
Qualifications
Preferred Candidate Profile
3–5 years of relevant experience in media sales, advertising sales, or business development, preferably within the advertising/media industry.
Candidates with prior experience in media houses in Kerala, advertising agencies, or media/advertising companies will be strongly preferred.
Prior experience in OOH (Out-of-Home) advertising sales—including billboards, hoardings, transit media, or other outdoor advertising formats—will be an added advantage.
Strong understanding of advertising solutions, client acquisition, media planning
