Role Overview:
We are looking for an entrepreneurial digital growth leader to build and scale customer acquisition for AIF Direct. The role will own the end-to-end digital growth funnel—from demand generation and lead acquisition to conversion optimization and customer journeys—for one of India's most differentiated alternative investment platforms.

The ideal candidate combines strong performance marketing expertise with deep understanding of digital investing platforms and customer acquisition in financial services.

Key Responsibilities:
Own digital customer acquisition strategy.
Build scalable acquisition engines across paid, organic, referral, affiliate, partnerships, and lifecycle marketing.
Drive qualified HNI and UHNI lead generation while optimizing customer acquisition cost (CAC) and conversion.
Design and optimize digital customer journeys across web, app, CRM, and market
