Role Overview
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and scale digital marketing across CLSPL's multi-brand portfolio (Local Colive & Work and Ivy League House).



This is a high-ownership role for someone who can build full-funnel digital strategy - from brand awareness to lead generation to occupancy conversion - across performance marketing, content, social, SEO, marketing automation, and analytics, while tailoring messaging to distinct audiences: young professionals, students, parents, and institutional/university partners.

The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist and executor - comfortable setting the digital roadmap for three brands, while also getting into the weeds of campaign performance, creative briefs, and conversion funnels.
