Role Description The Event Management Intern will support the planning, coordination, and execution of coaching events, workshops, and training programs hosted by UCF.



This full-time hybrid role is based in Navi Mumbai, with a mix of on-site responsibilities and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with event logistics, preparing event materials, coordinating with speakers and participants, and supporting venue arrangements and scheduling. The intern will help with marketing activities for events, including creating promotional content and engaging with attendees across digital channels. The role also involves maintaining event documentation, tracking feedback, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of UCF’s coaching and leadership initiatives.
Qualifications
Solid Event Planning and Event Management skills to support end-to-end coordination of workshops, trainings, and coaching events.
Effective Communication skills for interacting with coaches, participants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
