Role Description The Repair and Maintenance Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Pune City, responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, availability, and safety of Lithium’s electric vehicle fleet. This role involves conducting routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs on electric vehicles, following standard operating procedures and manufacturer guidelines. You will coordinate with operations teams to schedule maintenance, minimize downtime, and maintain accurate records of service history, parts usage, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Daily activities include diagnosing technical issues, liaising with vendors and service partners, monitoring inventory levels for spare parts and tools, and supporting continuous improvement of maintenance processes.
