In this position you will be…
Working closely with our partners' stakeholders to gather and define requirements for API integrations.
Working closely with development teams to ensure user stories are well-understood and accurately implemented.
Utilizing Postman and Fiddler to test and validate API integrations.
Maintaining and updating documentation using MS-Office applications.




Identifying opportunities to automate product processes using AI (e.g., documentation, testing, and analysis).
Collaborating with teams to incorporate AI-driven solutions into product development.

You will be responsible for…
Gathering and defining requirements for API integrations.
Writing explicit and comprehensive user stories that include detailed instructions for integrating with insurance carriers' APIs.
Maintaining and updating documentation using MS Office applications.
Participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other agile ceremonies.
Ensuring that all integrations meet compliance and security standards.
