About The Role

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Business Development professional with experience in selling HRMS, SaaS, or other enterprise software solutions. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field sales, lead generation, client meetings, networking, events, and managing the complete sales cycle.

The role will focus on driving the growth of our HRMS platform, by identifying potential customers, building relationships with decision-makers, understanding their HR challenges, and positioning our HRMS as the right solution.

Key Responsibilities

Generate qualified leads through field sales, networking, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, events, and other business development activities.
Identify and approach potential customers, including HR leaders, CHROs, HR Heads, founders, and other key decision-makers.
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations, both onsite and online.




Manage meetings with domestic and international clients through virtual platforms and other communication channels.
Understand client requirements and HR challenges and effectively position HRMS, HR's capabilities and solutions.
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline and regularly follow up with prospects.
Drive opportunities through the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and initial engagement to proposal, negotiation, closure, and handover.
Represent HRMS at HR events, conferences, exhibitions, trade shows, networking sessions, and industry meetups.
Generate leads and build business relationships through event participation and follow-up activities.
Work closely with the product, marketing, and implementation teams to ensure effective customer engagement.
Prepare proposals, presentations, commercial discussions, and other sales-related documents.
Maintain accurate sales activities, opportunities, and customer information in CRM.
