Job Summary

Maximus Events is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager – Client Servicing to manage key client relationships and ensure seamless account handling across projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the event management ecosystem, brand communication, and client expectations, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality service across large-scale projects and accounts.
The role requires a solution-driven professional who can independently manage client requirements, coordinate effectively with internal teams, and support the growth of long-term client partnerships in a fast-paced and creatively driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage assigned client accounts, ensuring seamless communication, project alignment, and strong relationships across all touchpoints.
· Serve as a key point of contact for clients,



understanding their requirements and providing effective solutions aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
· Work closely with internal departments—including Creative, Business Development, Production, and Operations—to ensure timely and effective execution of event plans.
· Manage end-to-end client delivery, from brief understanding and proposal development to execution and post-event feedback.
· Support and guide account managers/executives, ensuring transparent delegation, timely follow-ups, and a culture of ownership and accountability.
· Identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling while nurturing long-term client relationships.
· Provide strategic and audience-centric inputs to ensure event outcomes meet or exceed client expectations.
· Contribute to pitch presentations, proposals, and client onboarding processes while ensuring brand consistency and service excellence.
