Role Description The Legal Operations Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Chandigarh. This role involves overseeing legal workflows, optimizing processes, and managing operational systems that support contract management, regulatory compliance, and litigation support activities.



The Legal Operations Manager will coordinate with internal legal teams and external stakeholders, track key performance metrics, and ensure that matters, documentation, and knowledge resources are organized and up to date. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising legal support staff, implementing and maintaining legal technology tools, improving reporting and dashboards, and contributing to policy and playbook development. The role also involves identifying process gaps, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting training and onboarding related to legal operations.
Qualifications
Strong legal operations and process management skills, including workflow design, matter management, and policy or playbook implementation.
Experience with contract lifecycle management, including review coordination, tracking, and documentation control.
