As a Manager, Tax Services on the USI Tax team, you will be responsible for…

Manage compensation and payroll activities for globally mobile employees, including payroll inputs, balance sheet administration, and compensation reporting
Review statements of earnings, cost estimates, gross-up calculations, and payroll data to support accurate reporting and client deliverables
Coordinate with client contacts, payroll teams, operations teams, and tax compliance teams on payroll start and end dates, shadow payroll, and compensation adjustments




Reconcile home and host payroll data, identify variances, and drive issue resolution
Lead team discussions and client meetings, track deliverables, and support escalations related to compensation and payroll matters
