Key Responsibilities
Assist in purchase planning based on inventory levels, sales requirements and business needs.
Coordinate with existing and new vendors/suppliers for quotations, availability, pricing and timelines.
Compare quotations and negotiate price,



payment terms, MOQ and delivery timelines.
Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain purchase records.
Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials/products.
Coordinate with Inventory and Operations teams for material requirements and receipts.
Track pending POs, deliveries, shortages and discrepancies.
Maintain accurate vendor, pricing and purchase data in Excel/Google Sheets.
Assist in identifying new vendors and sourcing alternative suppliers.
Monitor product/material quality and coordinate with vendors in case of quality issues.
Maintain proper documentation of purchase transactions and vendor communications.
Support the team in reducing purchase cost, lead time and stock-out situations.
Key Skills Required
0-2 Years of relevant experience
Good Excel / Google Sheets skills.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Valuable numerical and analytical ability
