Company Description MTLabs develops Teachild, an AI-driven school management system built specifically for official WhatsApp Business accounts. The platform streamlines communication for educational institutions by removing administrative bottlenecks and eliminating the need for separate mobile apps. By securely connecting with existing school infrastructure, Teachild transforms policies, rules, and calendars into an intelligent conversational engine that resolves repetitive parent inquiries automatically. Schools use Teachild to manage attendance, broadcasts, fee reminders, and to route complex conversations to the right staff members, all with a quick setup and minimal technical overhead. MTLabs focuses on making school administration smarter, faster, and more accessible for parents, teachers, and staff.
Role Description This is a full-time, remote Sales and Marketing Intern role based in Chennai. The intern will support outreach to schools and educational institutions, assist in qualifying leads, and help present Teachild’s features and benefits to potential clients.



Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, supporting sales calls and demos, responding to basic customer inquiries, and coordinating follow-ups with the sales team. The intern will also assist in creating and distributing marketing materials, gathering customer feedback, and helping organize training sessions or product walkthroughs for new users. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to refine messaging and improve customer experience will be a regular part of the role.

Solid communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Customer service and client interaction skills to handle inquiries and support prospective school partners.
Sales and basic sales management skills to assist with lead generation, pipeline tracking, and follow-ups.
