The Opportunity
In this role you will:
Have experience in Civil, Structural, Architectural, interior fit out estimating, tender evaluations and onsite cost controls for Data Centre Projects
Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost models using historical data, CostX and other tools
Perform risk and variance analysis; identify mitigation actions
Deliver regular dashboards, “cost to complete” (CTC) tracking, and unite stakeholders on cost-performance.




Create estimates and cost plans for key client developments
Support nimble project management and clear decisions through excellent cost documentation and timely communication
Oversee project spend by creating valuations and cost reports and clearly communicate variations to your team
Actively participate in the tender/bid process--from initial tender/bid documentation through analysis and reporting
We would love to hear from you if you:
Have relevant experience in Data Centre Projects for activities related to Precontracts including Cost Estimates at different design stages​
Have a wealth of experience in Civil, Structural, Architectural, interior fit out Estimating in DC space
Have a degree or comparable experience
Have experience in Office fit out, commercial or similar projects
Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
Have experience in pre- and post-contract cost management on varied projects
