Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Real Estate Salesperson. The role involves assisting clients in buying or selling residential and commercial properties, providing personalized consultations,



and organizing property tours. The salesperson will cultivate client relationships, negotiate deals, and maintain a deep knowledge of the regional real estate market. Day-to-day responsibilities will include market research, client interaction, and ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout each transaction.

Qualifications
Possess a valid Real Estate License and robust knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property.
Proven experience in Sales with exceptional ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Deep understanding of the Gurugram and NCR real estate markets is a plus.
Proficiency in regional languages is an advantage.
Ability to work independently, adapt to changing market trends, and deliver results under tight timelines.
