What You'll Build
• Recruit and lead your own Residential Solar Sales team.
• Build referral and channel partnerships.

Who Should Apply

We're looking for ambitious professionals with:

✅ 2–5 years' experience in Residential Rooftop Solar Sales
✅ Experience leading Residential Solar Sales teams
✅ Strong knowledge of Solar EPC, Residential Rooftop Solar, Net Metering, MNRE Subsidies, Residential Solar Finance, Customer Acquisition, Business Development, and Field Sales
✅ A builder's mindset.
