Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Sales Executive role based in Meerut, with flexibility for some work-from-home. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify prospective customers, conduct product presentations and demonstrations, and promote Iconiq Energy’s hybrid inverters, Li-ion batteries, and BESS solutions. Daily activities include managing the sales pipeline, preparing quotations and proposals, negotiating contracts,



and achieving revenue and margin targets. The role involves regular field visits, coordination with internal technical and operations teams, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The Sales Executive will also gather market intelligence, support marketing initiatives, and provide ongoing account management to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in energy, electrical, or industrial products.
Solid skills in lead generation, opportunity qualification, and pipeline management.
Ability to deliver product presentations, communicate technical concepts clearly, and handle negotiations.
Comfort using CRM systems and standard productivity tools for reporting and documentation.
Knowledge of renewable energy, power systems, or battery storage solutions is an advantage.
