Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pre-Sales Tele calling Executive role based in Bengaluru. The role involves making outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing 100 Cubes’ home interior services, and understanding client needs and preferences. The executive will qualify leads,



schedule appointments or site visits for the design team, and accurately record interactions and lead details in the CRM system. Daily tasks include following up with interested prospects, sharing basic information on services and pricing, and coordinating with sales and design teams to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads. The role also requires maintaining call quality standards, meeting weekly and monthly target metrics, and providing feedback from customers to improve pre-sales communication.
Qualifications
Solid communication and interpersonal skills, including clear telephone etiquette and active listening abilities.
Customer service and relationship-building skills to handle inquiries, address basic concerns, and build trust with prospects.
