What You’ll Be Doing
As Program Manager,
you'll own program execution from concept through launch while ensuring alignment across global stakeholders and functional teams.
Lead low to medium complexity programs, including new product development, localization, manufacturing footprint, and cost reduction initiatives, with full accountability for scope, schedule, cost, quality, and delivery.
Develop and manage integrated project plans, budgets, resource requirements, risk registers, and execution strategies to achieve program objectives and business outcomes.
Drive effective collaboration across global cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication, stakeholder alignment, and timely resolution of project risks and issues.
Monitor project financial performance and lifecycle costs, including development, product, and capital investments, while supporting strong business case execution.
