Title: MTS IV, Software
We are looking for a highly experienced Cloud Engineer (MTS4 – Lead) to drive the continued evolution and optimization of our Airline Gateway (AGW) platform.



This role requires a solid technical leader and hands-on programmer with deep expertise in Python backend development, distributed systems, and cloud-native architectures on AWS.
You will play a key role in enhancing scalability, reliability, and observability of the platform, while guiding the team on engineering best practices and future-ready architecture, including the gradual adoption of Go where applicable.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of cloud-native, distributed systems on AWS, driving migration from SOAP-based APIs to RESTful and microservices architectures.
Act as a hands-on technical leader, contributing to critical backend development using Python and guiding the team on best practices.
Architect and implement scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems with strong emphasis on performance and reliability.
