TinyPal helps parents navigate child development with tools and content grounded in real developmental science. We're a small, rapid-moving team building for a niche but deeply engaged audience: parents in the US who care about doing right by their kids and want a trustworthy companion for that journey.

Why this role exists

We're looking for a growth marketer who can own paid acquisition end-to-end — strategy, execution, measurement, and iteration across Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok — for a US parenting audience in a category that rewards patience and craft over quick wins. This is a full-funnel role: you'll build the journey that takes someone from first hearing about TinyPal to becoming an engaged, paying user, with messaging that earns trust before it asks for anything.

What you'll own
- Channel strategy across Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok, tailored to US parents, with campaign structures that span the full funnel from awareness to conversion.
- Creative and messaging strategy — briefing and iterating on content that builds trust and category understanding,



distinct from bottom-funnel conversion creative.
- Budget management and pacing across channels, with a clear point of view on how to sequence spend across the funnel.
- Measurement and reporting — defining the right KPIs at each funnel stage and building a model the team can trust to guide decisions.
- Testing roadmap— audiences, creative, placements, and bidding strategies, with disciplined experimentation and clear documentation of what worked and why.
- Cross-functional collaboration with product and content to make sure paid campaigns reflect what actually resonates with parents.

What we're looking for
- 4+ years running paid acquisition across Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok, ideally for a consumer mobile app.
- Deep understanding of US consumer audiences, especially parents.
- Experience building full-funnel campaigns for categories where the audience needs education or trust-building before converting
