We are looking for a HR Business Partner for our Emerging Market, based in India/Mumbai office.

In your role you will
Coach and collaborate with executives and business leaders to resolve business challenges.
Coach and partner with employees, leadership and management teams on a day-to-day basis to embed a high-performance culture, focusing on leadership and driving ownership/accountability.
Manage activities in areas of responsibility including performance and talent management, succession planning, staffing including on-boarding and terminations as well as participating in hiring when needed;




Provide guidance and/or develop input on operational and tactical workforce planning and organization capability.
Guide leaders at all levels on people matters such as total rewards, labor relations and employment law, strategic workforce planning and organizational strategies, people capabilities, and talent retention.
Deliver on HR policies, processes and practices focusing on continuous improvement and improved execution. Perform global HR tasks which require local support.
Execute hands-on operational tasks when needed and make sure to independently drive and implement decisions using available resources.
