Summary

As part of STEP - Global Digital Transformation Program, we are seeking an experienced SAP IBP Consultant with a solid background in Demand Planning (DP), Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;), and Supply Planning. The candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations, business process design, and solution delivery in SAP IBP.

Major Accountabilities

Implementation & Solution Design

Lead the delivery of SAP IBP solutions across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, S&OP;, and Order-Based Planning.
Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, quality standards, and business objectives.




Collaborate with Business Process Owners, Supply Chain stakeholders, and leadership teams to develop scalable SAP IBP solutions.
Ensure solution designs adhere to global templates, governance standards, and industry best practices.
Work closely with SAP S/4HANA, BW, Master Data, Integration, and Analytics teams to enable seamless planning processes.
Review and approve functional designs, configurations, testing, and deployment deliverables to ensure solution quality and readiness.
Provide governance across SIT, UAT, regression testing, and deployment activities, ensuring timely resolution of risks and defects.
Maintain comprehensive project and solution documentation, including requirements, designs, testing artifacts, and operational procedures.
