What You'll Do:

Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
Conduct workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discovery sessions to understand business challenges and identify improvement opportunities.
Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Project Managers, Architects, Developers, QA teams,



and business users.
Analyze business data, trends, KPIs, and operational metrics to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and operational efficiency improvements.
Support business case development and solution evaluation through data-driven analysis.
Facilitate requirement prioritization and ensure alignment between business goals and project deliverables.
Maintain project visibility through Jira dashboards, reports, backlog management, and progress tracking.
Monitor project risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation plans to support successful project delivery.
Prepare business requirement documents, functional specifications, process maps, workflow diagrams, and project documentation.
Support Agile delivery processes including sprint planning, backlog refinement, user story reviews, and stakeholder demonstrations.
