We’re Hiring: Operations Executive | Noida, Delhi NCR

Aeronav Industrial Safety Appliances is looking for an Operations Executive to join our growing team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh / Delhi NCR.
Aeronav is a decade old, ISO 9001:2015 certified organisation specialising in safety solutions and technical textiles. We work with global multinationals, leading Indian mills, and demanding sectors including the Indian Defence Services, developing advanced protective solutions and comprehensive head-to-toe safety systems for aviators.
We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of multiple operational responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with clients on orders, documentation, deliveries, samples, and other requirements.
Assist with the preparation, documentation, filing, and submission of government and private tenders.
Manage relevant activities on the GeM portal and other government procurement platforms.
Track tender deadlines and ensure timely submission of all required documents.
Prepare quotations, letters,



reports, statements, tender documents, and other business documentation.
Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, clients, production, accounts, and internal teams for dispatch and receipt of materials and finished goods.
Track shipments and follow up to ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain accurate physical and digital records of tenders, POs, dispatches, correspondence, and other documentation.
Coordinate between management, clients, vendors, production, accounts, and other departments.
Follow up on operational tasks and ensure they are completed within required timelines.
Provide administrative and operational support to management.
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of skilled experience or more
Graduate in any discipline; backgrounds in Business Administration, Commerce, Operations, or related fields are preferred.
Strong written and spoken English communication.
Good working knowledge
