Role Description The Social Media Marketing Manager at Prinzal is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media strategies across multiple platforms to grow brand awareness and engagement. Day-to-day work includes creating and scheduling posts, creating/managing content calendars, analyzing performance metrics, and adjusting campaigns based on insights. The role also involves coordinating with design and content teams, engaging with online communities,



and supporting broader digital marketing initiatives. This is a full time position based in Gurugram with a hybrid work model, combining on-site collaboration with some flexibility to work from home.

Qualifications
Robust social media marketing and social media optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing campaigns across major platforms.
Proficiency in content strategy and digital marketing, including planning, execution, and performance tracking.
Effective communication skills for coordinating with stakeholders and engaging with online audiences.
Experience with social media analytics tools and reporting to drive data-informed decisions.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a hybrid environment.
Prior experience in a marketing or social media management role; agency or startup experience is an advantage.
