Customer Orientation
Improve customer satisfaction by implementing robust CAPA and achieving zero line stoppage due to spare unavailability.
Sustainability Of Business & Market Share
Formulate strategies to reduce risks and enhance efficiency through technological developments, focusing on MTTR reductions and improvement projects.
Adherence To Annual Business Plan
Ensure laser cutter uptime while meeting budgeted targets for capacity, operational costs, EBITDA, and preventive maintenance ad
