Job Summary
We are looking for a result-oriented Team Lead – CPS Sales to lead our CPS sales
function and drive revenue growth through the acquisition and development of advertisers,
brands, agencies, and strategic partners.
The candidate will be responsible for team performance, new business acquisition, client
relationship management, commercial negotiations, campaign scaling, and
achievement of monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the CPS (Cost Per Sale) model,
affiliate marketing ecosystem, performance marketing, advertiser acquisition, and
campaign performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities
1.



Team Leadership & Target Management

● Lead, mentor, and manage a team of CPS Sales/Business Development
professionals.
● Set explicit daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team.
● Monitor individual and team performance against revenue and acquisition KPIs.
● Conduct regular performance reviews, pipeline reviews, and sales meetings.
● Coach team members on prospecting, pitching, negotiation, objection handling, and
closing.
● Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
● Motivate the team to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
2. Business Development & Revenue Growth

● Drive acquisition of direct advertisers, brands, e-commerce companies, D2C
businesses, agencies, and performance marketing clients.
● Identify and develop new CPS business opportunities across domestic and
international markets.
● Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure healthy deal conv
