The Founder’s Office Intern will work directly with the Founder across strategy, operations, and special projects.

⏳ 3–6 Month Internship (with potential full time conversion)
? Stipend: ₹15,000– 17,000 per month

Responsibilities:
Strategic Support
Assist in research for brand strategy and positioning projects
Compile competitor and category insights
Help structure decks, documents, and internal strategy notes
Summarise discussions into actionable next steps

Studio Operations & Systems
Document workflows and internal processes
Help refine playbooks, templates, and frameworks
Track ongoing projects and follow up on action items
Support implementation of recent studio initiatives

Business Development Support
Assist in preparing proposals and pitch documents




Conduct research on potential clients and industries
Help identify growth opportunities and partnerships

Special Projects
Support R&D; initiatives
Assist in developing studio IP (publications, frameworks, thought pieces)
Contribute to internal brand and communication efforts

Qualifications
Strong analytical and writing skills
Structured thinking and attention to detail
Comfort with ambiguity and fast-moving environments
Curiosity about business, branding, and design
Ability to turn conversations into organised documentation
Maturity and discretion

Someone early in your career exploring strategy or entrepreneurship
