About the Role
We are looking for a high-ownership Program Manager to drive ground-level operations and cross-functional business initiatives. The role requires someone who can work closely with business and operations teams, understand on-ground challenges, identify gaps, and drive solutions through to execution.

The ideal candidate is an operator and problem-solver who is comfortable moving between data, people, processes, and field execution.

Key Responsibilities
Ground Operations & Execution
Drive day-to-day execution of critical operational initiatives across locations and business functions.
Work closely with ground teams to understand operational challenges and resolve execution gaps.
Monitor field-level performance, productivity, and process adherence.
Identify bottlenecks and implement practical solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Conduct regular field visits and work directly with teams on the ground.
Strategic Program Management
Own and drive cross-functional business initiatives from planning to execution.
Coordinate with Business Development, Supply Chain,



Finance, Product, and Operations teams.
Define timelines, owners, and success metrics and ensure timely closure.
Business Diagnostics & Insights
Analyze operational data and field-level performance to identify gaps and opportunities.
Conduct root-cause analysis and recommend actionable solutions.
Build dashboards and trackers to monitor operational performance.
New Initiatives & Pilots
Support the launch and execution of recent business initiatives, pilots, and geo-expansions.
Manage pilots from initial planning through execution, measurement, and handover.
Work closely with ground teams to validate processes and ensure smooth implementation.
Cross-Functional Execution
Act as a bridge between leadership, business teams, and ground operations.
Drive stakeholders without formal authority and ensure accountability for deliverables.
